Your local Parent Partnership Officer can help you with:
• information about rights and responsibilities
• paperwork
• putting your views to the right people
• preparing for an education meeting or appeal, (and may be able to go with you)
• contacting other organisations for information.

We can work with you by telephone or e-mail, by appointment or at a meeting.

We can help if you -
• have a child who has, or may have, special educational needs -
• live in Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin, or have a child at school, nursery or college there
• need information, advice or support about your child’s education.
