Please do not call in without an appointment, as there will not be an Officer available to see you.

 If you would like guidance and support from a Parent Partnership Officer, please phone or email.

You will be asked for:
• your contact details.
• your child’s name, date of birth and current nursery, school or college (if they have one).
• your child’s Special Educational Needs and your concerns about your child’s education.

A Parent Partnership Officer will aim to contact you as soon as possible but unfortunately there is a waiting list at busy times. We will tell you if there is a waiting list.

You may be offered support by phone, email, or by appointment at an advice session or local centre.
We can arrange a home visit in some circumstances.
